Information We Collect

• Instagram-scoped user IDs, DM text, message history, and whether a message includes attachments.
• Meal photos or meal descriptions, weight logs, goals, lifestyle answers, diagnosis answers, and generated diagnosis results.
• Payment status, Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, checkout session IDs, plan type, and billing events.
• Support, cancellation, refund, and data deletion requests.

How We Use Information

• To provide AI meal coaching, weight tracking, daily replies, reminders, and weekly reviews.
• To verify subscription status, manage usage limits, process cancellation requests, and provide support.
• To prevent abuse, debug service issues, maintain security, and comply with applicable platform rules and legal obligations.

Service Providers

We use services such as Meta/Instagram, Google Gemini API, OpenAI, Stripe, Supabase, Render, Cloudflare, and email providers to operate the service. Card details are entered and stored through Stripe; Rabbit Personal does not store card numbers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate Rabbit Personal, respond to requests, comply with law, or protect the service.

Health Information Notice

Rabbit Personal is for general wellness support. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or professional nutrition therapy.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Rabbit Personal data from the Data Deletion page, by Instagram DM, or by contacting support.
