You can request deletion of Rabbit Personal data linked to your Instagram account.
How to Request Deletion
- Send “delete my data” or “data deletion” in Instagram DM.
- The automated reply will explain the data categories and confirmation step.
- To proceed, reply “confirm data deletion” in the same DM.
- You can also email support@rabbit-personal.com with the Instagram account you use for Rabbit Personal.
Data Covered
We review internal user records, Instagram-scoped user IDs, conversation history, meal logs, weight logs, diagnosis answers, generated diagnosis results, and usage event logs linked to your Rabbit Personal account.
Some billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.
Disconnecting from Meta
You may also remove app access from your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Response Time
After reasonable verification, we will process the request within a reasonable period and may contact you by email or DM if needed.
